Guest Blog - Gemma Parkes Fevered Kisses

I'm happy to have Gemma Parkes over on the blog today talking about her newest anthology Fevered Kisses. It's published by Yellow Silk Dreams and the links for it will be found at the end of the blog.

Gemma is an author I have been bundled together with (in the nicest possible way!) in House of Erotica's Winter Warmers Collection. So I am delighted to have her over for a visit.

Anyway without further ado let me introduce Gemma!

I’m delighted to be on Nicole’s blog today to tell you all about my new release ‘Fevered Kisses’. It’s an anthology of six new stories each with their own special tale to tell:

Between The Pages:

A notebook carelessly left in a café brings a new lease of life to Alice. What will she do with the information she discovers inside? Some things are worth trying out for ourselves!

Too Darn Hot:

Miranda Briggs is a successful dance instructor who occasionally wants to share the trappings of her success with lithe, young men. When the sun is blazing down who can resist the allure of an outside pool?

Anytime, Anyplace:

Sometimes lust can catch us at the most unsuitable of times and sometimes it’s almost exactly what we planned. Either way when passion calls everything else takes second place.

Insatiable:

Amber Nugent was a beautiful, passionate, predatory female who sought out thrills after dark with dangerous determination. How many lovers will it take to satisfy her overwhelming need?

Some Time Away:

Melanie is tired of her busy existence. When a traffic jam pushes her over the edge she heads straight for the airport. Will she discover who she really is and what it will take to make her happy?

Just Imagine:

Emma has only one thing on her mind, Paul. Every day she works alongside him as she battles to control the daydreams that see them both naked in a dance of lust, does Paul even know that she exists?

Excerpt (Anytime, Anyplace):

I was reminded of other people in the restaurant when the waiter reached for my empty starter dish. He raised an eyebrow when my lustful gaze crossed his face as l pulled it away from Shaun’s.
The main course arrived. Though my appetite was distracted by my lover’s lips once again tasting the wine.
I lifted a forkful of food and sampled the explosion of flavour.
This salsa is lovely.” I declared.
I would like to see you salsa,” Shaun replied, “Preferably naked.”
I laughed but then he leaned forward and lowered his voice to a husky whisper,
Dance for me baby, l want to watch you, l really do.”
I don’t know how to salsa.” I spoke as quietly as him.
Just take your clothes off and move around, l want you to.”
His eyes bore through me and l shivered in anticipation of them feasting on my body as l writhed before him, suddenly all my hunger was in a different part of my body.
Getting a little uncomfortable?” Shaun teased.
I was beginning to think it hadn’t been my best idea to leave the panties at home as l shifted a little in my seat and tried not to watch the food slipping into that sensual mouth to be turned and churned by that very capable tongue. My breathing became a little laboured and Shaun lowered his eyes to my breasts which were rising and falling more obviously than usual as l tried to breathe deeper and relax.
I need to get you out of that dress.” Shaun purred.
I nodded.
Here Baby, try this.” Shaun held a forkful of chicken and l leaned in to take it from him. A slow moan escaped me as the fusion of fine spices melted across the surface of my tongue.
It’s so good.” I purred.
Shaun shifted and his expression grew darker.

Excerpt (Insatiable):

In the evenings Amber would take a bus into the next town. She would dress up in slinky evening dresses that would hug her enviable figure and show off her long legs.
Amber would sit alone in swanky wine bars waiting to be approached. This would never take long; sometimes she would time how long it took just for her own satisfaction. The feeling of so many male eyes following the contours of her body thrilled her so much that excitement pricked at her tawny skin. Occasionally she would glance back at a group of curious men to encourage them with a shy smile. It was always the alpha male in the group who would approach her first, the brave, confident man. Though every now and then Amber hankered after the shyest member of the group she rarely waited for his approach.
The game would begin; she would be bought a drink and then flattered relentlessly while her brave suitor’s friends looked on enviously. Amber would tease her prey, making him believe that it was he who was the predator. More drinks would follow, though Amber would never go beyond three. Compliments would be whispered into her ear behind the sparkling diamond earrings that were a gift from a grateful lover. His body would move closer until warmth began to seep into her skin through her receptive pores. Amber would gaze up and listen to every word, how beautiful her eyes were, how silky her hair and how stunning she looked in her clingy dress.
All these compliments nourished Amber; she needed them constantly and she would look up adoringly into the earnest face of the man standing so close that their bodies would be touching. Her lovers never missed their cue. When Amber flashed her eyes and lightly touched an arm there would be no need to clarify unspoken words. They would leave the building together to incredulous, covetous glances from the bereft friends.

Blink and you'll miss it

So things became a little complicated after my emergency hospital visit and even though I've been home things had to more or less come to a total halt. Which means I've more or less blinked and missed all of February!

However I have been reading through all the great submissions for my steampunk anthology Valves & Vixens and I've been getting really excited about this anthology. If you haven't yet submitted to it yet don't worry you still have a few days left my submission guidelines can be found here: http://nicolegestalt.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/submissions-wanted-corsets-clockwork.html

Now in other news this month has been the month for me to finally get my hands on print copies of some of the books I've been a part of over the past few months.

First of all the most recent book Be My Valentine - XOXO (published by House of Erotica) is now in print.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1783335750

It contains my story So Oft Beguiled which is my modern take on Cupid.
Buy it from Amazon UK: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1783335750

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1783333952

Although it is still technically winter Winter Warmers (published by House of Erotica) is the perfect collection to keep you all warm on the dark nights. It contains my story A Meeting of Seasons when Autumn meets Winter and things get more than a little heated.
Buy it from Amazon UK: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1783333952

Finally Coming Together: Through the Storm is now out and is also in print published by Coming Together. This book marked the first time I have publicly edited stories as a whole and I loved reading all the submissions. All the proceeds of the book go toward Mercy Corps and the great work they do.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1494982056

The book has some great stories in it by some amazing authors and I was so honoured to work with them.

Winter Warmers Inspiration - Annabeth Leong

Today I have Annabeth Leong over to talk about the inspiration behind her story Filled with Christmas Spirit. It's one of the many stories in House of Erotica's Winter Warmers Collection that's the perfect book to keep you warm through the dark nights!

So here without further ado is Annabeth

When I was on the outside of BDSM looking in, my fantasies were all very serious. I pictured unsmiling dominants cracking whips on the backs of sobbing submissives (and was turned on by that imagery). These days, I'm lucky enough to be in a D/s relationship, and the thing I would never have expected is how much fun it is. We often wind up giggling in bed, roleplaying ridiculous scenarios, and trying some pretty silly things. I love when I can hear my dominant suppressing laughter while scolding me for some trumped-up charge.

My Winter Warmers story was written in this spirit (the dom in this story makes his sub sing "Silent Night" while taking a butt plug). When I came up with the idea of singing Christmas carols while plugged (both inside and outside of the house), I worried the idea was too out there. Then I imagined the way my dominant would look at me if I suggested such a thing, and I knew I had to write it.

About Annabeth

Annabeth Leong has written erotica of many flavors—dark, romantic, kinky, vanilla, straight, lesbian, bi, and menage. Her work has appeared in more than thirty anthologies, including Smut by the Sea Volume 2 and Smut for Chocoholics. Her contemporary erotic romance novels are available from Ellora's Cave. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island, blogs at annabethleong.blogspot.com, and can be found on Twitter @AnnabethLeong

The Winter Warmers Collection is available both as an ebook and in print and you can find it here:

Winter Warmers Inspiration - Victoria Blisse

So today I have Victoria Blisse visiting me with her inspiration behind her story The Joy of Wrapping. This is one of the many stories that can be found in House of Erotica's Winter Warmers Collection

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GMRCXG4

So without ado please welcome Victoria Blisse!

The Joy of Wrapping

I actually quite enjoy wrapping presents. Not to say I’m any good at it, but I do quite enjoy it. It’s part of my Christmas Eve routine, watching whatever late night carol concert is on the telly and wrapping the last of the gifts before bed.
So Unwrap Me was inspired by my love of wrapping presents. They always say a present is best when it’s got a little bit of you in it. Well, what could be better than a present that is you then?

Here’s an excerpt for you to enjoy:

My breath rattles against the cardboard, I’m warming up the air around me with my expirations. The woody paper scent tickles my nostrils as I strain to hear my husband’s steps on the stairs. I’m aroused. It isn’t the rough touch of the wrinkling wrap that’s turning me on, it’s wondering what will happen after Grant finds me and unwraps me. My nipples strain and rub against the slick layer covering them. I wonder if the moisture between my thighs has transferred itself to my covering where it rests beneath my bum.
Confined and constrained I wait. The clock ticks away the time , each second ticking away so slowly but then I hear the creak of a floorboard and my stomach clenches. There’s no more sounds from upstairs and I think that maybe it was a false alarm-the house settling as my Nan would have said-but just as I’m giving up and resigning myself to some more time restricted and stretched out on the floor I hear the pad, pad, pad of Grant coming down the stairs.
My mouth dries, I gulp. Blood thumps round in my veins, I’m very aware of my heart pumping the lust around my body. The living room door clicks open and I hold my breath in anticipation.
“Hmmm, what’s this,” he drawls, the cocoon of sleep clinging to him still. I feel the vibration more than hear his steps approaching my head. He reaches down and flips open the gift tag, held on with a bright red bow.
“Oh, it’s for me, I wonder what it could possibly be?” He runs a hand across the top of me, from my breasts to my stomach, I nigh on bite through my lip attempting to hold back a moan.
“Maybe I should wait for Claire before I start opening my presents.”
He’s teasing me now, the sod. I have to hold still and be quite or I’ll spoil the surprise. It’s a strange kind of bondage, BDSM with holly patterns and sticky tape.

Winter Warmers Inspiration - Tilly Hunter

Well today I have Tilly Hunter visiting to let us all know her inspiration behind her story Twenty-Four Surprises which is another great story that can be found in The Winter Warmers Collection published by House of Erotica

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GMRCXG4

Here's Tilly to explain all:

House of Erotica’s call for submissions told us to think about warm, glowing, cosy things: real fires, mulled wine, the colour red. And to that list I added: spanking. Because what could be better to  induce a nice warm, festive glow than a wide variety of spanking implements being applied to my delighted heroine’s backside?

I’m a bit of a Scrooge myself. Or rather, I’m a bit (a lot) anti-consumerism. I don’t like the way Christmas has come to be all about the buying of Stuff. Stuff people don’t need or want and much of which will be wasted, thrown away, shoved in the attic. So my story involves a couple making each other Advent calendars instead of buying them. Sam fills her husband Tom’s with chocolates handmade in their local deli-cum-confectioners. It’s consumerism made small, local, pleasurable. But while Tom does invest in some new equipment, he also improvises with some handy items he finds around the house. It’s kink gone back to basics, which is something that inspires me because it's amazing what you can do with the basics ;-).

And the idea of the Advent period made me think of the pleasure to be had in a slow build-up, the anticipation of more to come, and how Tom could make Sam wait in the most pleasurable way.

About Tilly:

Tilly Hunter is a British writer and editor with a wicked imagination and a fondness for quirky stories that usually involve rope. Her work has been published by Xcite Books, House of Erotica, Storm Moon Press, Ryan Field Press and MLR Press. She blogs at tillyhuntererotica.blogspot.co.uk and offers editing services to authors at www.tillyhunter.co.uk. When she isn’t writing, she can often be found halfway up a mountain, or curled up by her imaginary fireside with some knitting and a slice of cake.

Thanks so much for dropping by Tilly and thank you for now making me want chocolate so early in the morning!

Winter Warmers Inspiration - Gemma Parkes

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GMRCXG4

Today I have another Winter Warmers author visiting to talk about her inspiration behind her story Ice and Spice. So please join me in welcoming Gemma Parkes and lets hear her inspiration.

Gemma Parkes ‘Ice and Spice’

This story started life as a naughty bout of daydreaming. I was wondering what it would be like to receive oral sex if there was a particular taste on your tongue. I wondered if you would really be able to feel much sensation from something spicy, for example cinnamon. The daydream grew into a fully fledged sex scene complete with a cinnamon ice lolly and an agitated but aroused male! For a while this scene was all I wrote. It took several days of pondering until I was able to come up with a way to fit a story around it. Eventually I chose to use it as a flash back and ‘Ice and Spice’ was born!

Although I am deeply in love with Christmas my favourite season is summer. I love the sun on my skin, the soft sand beneath me, the long lazy evenings and all the excitement of summer holidays with a possible chance to visit somewhere new. But the birth of spring, the beauty of autumn, and the excitement of Christmas during winter time combine to make all the seasons special in their own way. Winter time with its shorter days supplies me with a reason to relax. The cold, dark evenings provide a delicious backdrop to snuggle up in the warmth with a loved one. I like the fact that it is too cold to go out sometimes, I can write, immerse myself in a deep bubble bath and watch a film in the heated comfort of my front room.

Short blurb:

It’s almost Christmas and Abbie is decorating the Christmas tree alone in preparation of her partner Craig’s return. A silver star containing a picture of the two of them after an impromptu shopping trip brings back warm, sexy memories of the night it was taken. Another reminds her of a family tradition with a delicious, decadent twist. With thoughts of passion coursing through her body it isn’t long before she finds herself alone relieving the tension with a small, pink friend.

Excerpt:

Craig thought about switching the TV on but instead closed his eyes. It had been a long, stressful day. Since dinner the two of them had sat on the sofa enjoying the calm ambience and the soft scent of the Christmas candles. Until now…
Craig stared at Abbie, watching as the Popsicle slipped deep into her mouth only to be pulled back out held fast between her plump lips. There was the familiar slurp before if was sucked back in again. His cock stirred.
You’re driving me crazy with that thing, don’t you know that?” he tried. Abbie turned towards him pulling the Popsicle out of her mouth. With slow determination and a knowing smile, she moved towards Craig, dropping to her knees on the floor between his. She held the Popsicle between her gleaming teeth as she tugged at the slouchy jogging bottoms Craig was wearing, pulling them down to his knees with a few sharp tugs. Craig hadn’t bothered replacing his boxers after his shower so now his cock uncurled and stood flat against his stomach as Abbie watched approvingly.
With a long, slow suck on the Popsicle to gather the frozen flavour, Abbie lowered her head and guided Craig inside her mouth enjoying his gasp as the cold spice coating her tongue hit his most sensitive area.
Shit.” he hissed leaning forward until he was able to push a little deeper.
Abbie released him to suck again on the lolly, completely coating the inside of her mouth before capturing Craig’s cock and holding it fast between her tongue and the roof of her cold mouth. Craig cried out as the bite of the spice and the thrill of the ice caused confusing yet exquisite pleasure along his full length. His hands found Abbie’s hair and he steadied her head as her tongue pressed hard against the ridged sides of his grateful cock. There was hardly any of the Popsicle left now. Abbie took her final suck of it, pulling the last remnants of ice from the stick and holding them in her mouth as she fed Craig’s cock back inside. He squealed and squirmed deliciously as the slivers of ice shocked his body only to be warmed again by the subtle sensation from the cinnamon.

Winter Warmers Inspiration - Angela Sargenti

So today I'm joined by Angie Sargenti who is another author from the great Winter Warmers Collection.

Here she is to talk about her inspiration behind The Christmas Devil

My inspiration for the story, “The Christmas Devil” actually started last Halloween, when I was watching a show about the devil and his many variations. Krampus, also known as Black Peter is usually shown to be a classic devil figure, cloven hooves and all. He’s said to be St. Nicholas’ dark counterpart, the one who punishes the bad children while St. Nick rewards the good ones with toys. Krampus uses his bundle of switches to punish the naughty ones, swatting them and then dragging them to hell in a basket he wears on his back (similar to Santa’s sack.)

If you’re a fan of mine, you must know of my penchant for horror, so a great story like this naturally caught my attention. When it came time to write an erotic Christmas story, who else should come to mind but dear old Krampus?

Here’s a small excerpt:

He pulls me along by the braid of my hair, that monstrous, horrifying tongue of his lolling from his mouth in excitement, a terrible sight to see.
“Oh, how I love a good beating,” he tells me, rubbing his hairy, black hands together in great relish.

I hope you have a wonderful winter. Please enjoy all the stories in the Winter Warmers Collection, and be sure to keep to the straight and narrow. We wouldn’t want Krampus to visit you, would we?

I hope everyone is keeping safe with all this cold weather around!

Winter Warmers Inspiration - Jamie Rose

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GMRCXG4

Well today I have Jamie Rose over explaining her inspiration behind her story The Invite which can be found in the Winter Warmers Collection by House of Erotica. This collection is the perfect thing to keep the spirit and magic of the winter holidays alive just a little bit longer.

The Winter Warmers Collection is filled with great authors and fantastic winter stories and I'm not just saying that because I've got a story in it!

Anyway before I go on let me introduce Jamie Rose

Jamie Rose - The Invite

The story I wrote, The Invite, is a Christmas themed short about a couple trying to enrich their lives. They agree to share a particularly unique and special Christmas gift, and through this shared gift they find a new love for each other. By the end of the story they see each other with new eyes, freshly awakened to their potential and passion as a couple.
Central to the story is a powerful talisman - a one way mirror. These are magically objects to me. As a child I spent far too long looking in mirrors, examining my reflection and seeing myself the way others did. As I grew older and learnt about the existence of one way mirrors I was captivated by the power they held. One side is a normal mirror, commonplace and not shocking in the least. The other side though is enchanted. Allowing the viewer to enjoy a truly personal experience.
We see one-way mirrors often in police procedurals, a place where they fit perhaps best. But they have such capacity for surprise and intrigue that when I see a mirror out in the world, I can't held but wonder if it two is one of these special talismans. I always hope they are, then I make a funny-face just in case.
The Winter Warmers collection is a fantastic collection of memorable stories. What other time of year is so well suited to curling up with a bundle of stories, maybe under a blanket or next to a roaring fire, and losing yourself in the fiction, the intrigue and the suspense. Winter time was made for reading, writing, talking, drinking and enjoying the company of a strong-armed handsome stranger... Sorry, I got carried away there, but you get my point.
I hope others do as I will this winter, fix themselves a hot beverage - mulled wine is what I recommend - find a warm spot, ideally within eye-line of the previously mentioned handsome stranger, and then read the Warmers collection from start to finish.

I'd like to thank HOE for their support and for accepting my humble story. I hope you all enjoy what I've written, and enjoy the collection as a whole. I know I will :-)

Thanks very much Jamie!

If you are interested in picking up a copy of Winter Warmers it is also available in print and can be found by clicking on the cover picture in this blog.

Winter Warmers Inspiration - Maxine Hooper

Well it's been a little while unfortunatly since I managed to put one of these up however my internet connection is holding at the moment so here goes!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GMRCXG4

Late last year a gorgeous anthology called Winter Warmers came out. I asked the authors of the stories what their inspiration for the piece was.

Today my focus is on one of the authors Maxine Hooper. In Winter Warmers her story is called A Christmas Carl and here she is to tell you all about it:

Since my decision last year to concentrate mainly on erotic fiction, most of my writing is prompted by my own sexual experiences or those of close friends and ‘A Christmas Carl’ is no exception. Apart from using artistic licence to change the time of year of G’s encounter with a man she had ‘met’ online - the event on which the story is based actually happened during the Summer - I have more or less adhered to the specific details of her meeting with Carl (not his real name).

Until such time as my two grown-up children, both of whom have left home to make their own way in the world, return with their own kids, Christmas can’t hold a special appeal for me, at least, not in terms of family celebration. However, it’s certainly not a time of year when I get down in the dumps. On the contrary, long, cold nights have their own charm for me, particularly when I’m sprawled naked on a deep pile rug in front of a log fire with a lover - male or female - between my legs.

Let’s raise a toast to the ‘winter warmer’!

The House of Erotica Winter Warmers Collection - Explanation

Hi all!

Well this should mark the first of many posts on my blog about the Winter Warmers Collection but today I'm going to focus on my story in the collection A Meeting of Seasons

When the submission call came through I was watching a nature programme and it had one of those time stop scenes. Watching it the world changed slowly over about five minutes but in that time the viewer was taken from Summer through to Autumn and all the way into Winter. Being a writer this sent off sparks of inspiration and I started to ponder about what would happen if the seasons were real people. This resulted in Autumn and Winter both becoming real entities that could interact with one another. Of course Spring and Summer also exist but maybe they should be kept ready for another story.

A Meeting of Seasons blurb:

At the end of her season Autumn makes her way to the forest where she will meet Winter for the first time in a year. A meeting that will bring them together even just for a fleeting moment.

A Meeting of Seasons exerpt:

In this short excerpt Autumn is about to meet Winter again for the first time in a year.

Looking around she watched as a layer of frost began to spread across the forest. Leaves curled as ice
crystals formed over them hiding their colour beneath a layer of white. A low mist began to creep through the forest and she fought hard to hold her ground and not shrink away from it though she felt
fear begin to make its way up her spine.

The mist reached her winding around her ankles tickling her legs as it wound up. She took a deep breath but the air was cold and it took her breath away. Biting her lip she stayed still as the mist
continued its journey up her body exploring her and sending her senses into overload as it cooled her with the faintest breath.

The Winter Warmers Collection is available both as an ebook and in print and you can find it here:

Quick mid-week roundup

Well it isn't a Friday! But that's okay I thought I'd pop in today and let you all know what's been going on.

Today I am over at BDSM Book Reviews doing an interview with them the focus of which is mostly upon the wax play I write about (as can be found in Melting Point: Breaking the Mould). So don't forget to pop over there and say hi!

The link is: http://www.bdsmbookreviews.com/2013/12/03/welcome-nicole-gestalt/ and whilst you are there why don't you take the time to read some of the great reviews they do!

Secondly when did December creep up on me? I'm sure I blinked and it was suddenly there. Well the deadline for the Coming Together: Through the Storm anthology has now passed and I'm busily working through the fabulous stories that were submitted. If you have submitted to it then I will be in touch in the next two weeks (hopefully sooner rather than later if my internet holds up!). I have loved reading all the different styles and genres that I've been sent and it's so great to see authors coming together for a good cause!

Since it is now December why don't you curl up with a good book and what would be more perfect then an anthology of winter stories perfect for the season (and guaranteed to keep you warm through the coldest nights!).

http://amzn.com/B00GMRCXG4

It can be picked up here in multiple places including Amazon (http://amzn.com/B00GMRCXG4) and All Romance Ebooks (https://www.allromanceebooks.com/product-thehouseoferoticawinterwarmerscollection-1344464-362.html)

Coming very soon we will be running a blog tour so expect lots of posts popping up all over the place - more information about this will be announced shortly.

Finally spurred on by the Coming Together: Through the Storm anthology I am putting together my next project which will be announced in the coming days (but don't worry this will have a much longer submission deadline) - so keep your eyes peeled for news.

Friday, November 29, 2013

Phew it's been a busy two weeks!

So for the past few weeks I've been busy getting those words down (no I wasn't taking part in NANOWRIMO but I hope all that did finished all that they wanted to do!) instead I was trying to clear the decks for putting the next process of putting together Coming Together: Through the Storm. The deadline for this charity anthology is this Saturday (or the end of it really) details can be found here: http://www.nicolegestalt.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/submissions-for-coming-together-through.html (or just click on the image below)

http://www.nicolegestalt.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/submissions-for-coming-together-through.html

I'm very happy and honoured to be a part of this anthology as the Coming Together project is very close to my heart so to be able to put together one of the anthologies has been fantastic. I have also loved every minute of reading the submissions as they have been coming in it is truely awe inspiring to see the different stories people can weave.

Now in other news!!

Winter Warmers the erotic collection by House of Erotica that contains my short story A Meeting of Seasons is also now available in print! If you click on the gorgeous cover below you will be taken straight to the print link (but if you are in America please click here instead: http://amzn.com/1783333952)

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1783333952

Keep an eye out for more information on the Winter Warmers collection as we will be running a blog tour from December 1st which will be great fun.

Finally

Here is a very special sneak peek of a book you can all look forward to reading when it is released in January next year. Sun, Sea and Seduction is my second all lesbian anthology and all the stories have a lovely holiday theme to them. I just love the cover!

Weekly Round Up

Well this is the second week in a row I'm actually doing a round-up but I'm not yet ready to call this a thing yet!

This week has been very much of a blur of things. On Tuesday I sat down with my writing head on and actually managed to write over 5000 words during the day which is the best writing day I've had for a long time. I even managed to finish a submission and get well into half way of my pirate story, which is awesome because I'm really having far more fun writing it then I was expecting to.

So the week has ended up with me submitting one story, finishing off one more and beginning Chapter 5 of a longer piece. Yet that isn't all! This week I was also asked to edit an anthology for Coming Together. They are a charity that creates erotic anthologies for different causes, if you look down the left hand side of this site you will see a few Coming Together titles (With a Twist, Alfresco, With Pride and Under Fire) all of these I have stories within. None of the contributors get any payment apart from a copy of the final pdf and the money of the sales go to the charity's picked.

The anthology I'll be editing will be going to help Mercy Corps especially with the most recent natural disaster in the Phillipines.

All submission guidelines can be found by clicking the picture on the left that says Coming Together: Through the Storm. This anthology will have a quick turn around due to the fact that the disaster has already happened and aid is needed now. It reminds me of Coming Together: Under Fire which contains my story Melting Point, the stories in that anthology were written in even less time and all proceeds of that anthology went and still go to helping victims of the California Wildfires.

Finally the last bit of the news from this week is the latest House of Erotica collections is now out and available to buy. This one is called House of Erotica Winter Warmers Collections and contains my story A Meeting of Seasons which is a male/female fantasy story based around the seasons (as the name may suggest). We will be running a blog tour for this so if there are any authors/readers who would like to have us invade for a day or say please let us know and we'll send you all the information! Otherwise watch this space for information about it all. And whilst you are waiting here is the sexy front cover.

It's Release Day!

So a while back one of my publishers House of Erotica had a call out for sexy winter stories. Now I love the season (although not as much as my partner does!) and had already been toying around with a story when the call came through.

Today The House of Erotica Winter Warmers Collection is officially released and it includes my story A Meeting of Seasons. It also includes a vast array of stories from other great authors and as always anthologies are an awesome way of discovering new writers.

So without further ado here is the gorgeous cover and links where you can buy the ebook from:
